“Constantly improving our manufacturing offering.” We even stayed true to this motto in the Corona year. In 2019, we invested in 5-axis technology and thus significantly expanded our manufacturing spectrum, see project presentation Wooden housing for sauna hygrometer. In 2020, the optimisation of our finishing technology was now on the list. Delivered and installed during the summer holidays, the new surface sprayer is in full operation and playing out its advantages:
- Modern control enables individual processing programmes
- Higher air-volume flow, resulting in superior coating results
- Double cleaning system for faster changeover processes
- Larger spray booth
- Greater vertical range of manufacture thanks to additional roller
During the conversion phase, we also changed the lighting in our production to LED technology. On the one hand, LED technology provides improved lighting quality at the workplaces and, on the other hand, reduces our energy consumption and thus energy costs.
