Christmas party 2025

Ending the year together:

This year’s Christmas party took place at the Kurhaus Bernau. Organised under new management for the first time, the restaurant provided the perfect setting for a relaxed end to the year.

An evening with a large group

Almost the entire team was present – employees, retirees, and senior managers Fritz and Irmgard Baur. The family of managing director Georg Baur was also there. It was wonderful to spend the evening together and look back on the year.

Looking back on 2025

Georg Baur gave a brief overview of the past year, highlighting the most important developments. Despite global economic uncertainties, the company was able to operate at full capacity throughout 2025. Flexibility, commitment and the broad-based orientation of the business contributed significantly to this success.

Another significant step for the future was the purchase of the neighbouring property with an additional production hall – an expansion that creates new opportunities for the coming years.

Honouring long-standing employees

A particularly special moment of the evening was the honouring of long-standing colleagues. It means a lot to us to be able to thank them in this circle for their loyalty and contribution to the company:

• 10 years: Dina Correia & Leokadia Lang

• 30 years: Werner Müller

• 40 years: Ernst Leber

Special mention: Werner Müller and Ernst Leber both began their training with us and have remained loyal to the company ever since. Their experience and reliability have shaped our daily work for many years and are an important part of our stability. Thank you!

Outlook for the new year

With the acquisition of the new production hall and our dedicated team, we are looking forward to 2026 with confidence. The additional opportunities in logistics, production and expansion form an important basis for future developments.
