At the age of 70…
… there’s an excellent reason to celebrate! On August 16, 2019, senior boss Fritz Baur invited family, friends and acquaintances. But of course all employees, the local brass band, the mountain rescue team and the fire brigade were also invited to the Kurhaus Bernau.
In the course of the evening, there was a review of his life, which his wife Irmgard highlighted with a picture show. Georg Baur looked back on joint business trips with his father. Friends contributed entertaining interludes, the brass band played a serenade, the mountain rescue team and fire brigade remembered their honorary member.
A special highlight, however, was the presentation of a gift from the Baur family: Fritz Baur was given a weekend at his second home, the Damüls ski resort. This time, however, he was to pack his suitcases in summer and spend a weekend in the company of the whole family with three children, their families and a total of five grandchildren!
