Sustainably into the future: we continue to invest

Generating energy in the warehouse? It’s quite simple… Until recently, there was still an area of 168 m² free on the roof of our timber warehouse. We didn’t want to leave this unused. Now our new PV system is located here. The total of 76 Winaico modules generate an output of 326 kWp. Together with our existing system, we can now cover around 20% of our electricity requirements ourselves with clean energy.

With our commitment, we not only want to counteract the rise in electricity costs or make ourselves a little more independent of these price developments. Our basic understanding is to work sustainably. As people from Bernau, we have always lived with the forest.
Our grandfathers and great-grandfathers ensured our family’s livelihood thanks to local timber stocks.
