MDF milled parts for slot car racetrack
Complex CNC machining and coating of slot car rail modules. Due to the high precision of the machining, the rail parts can be joined together seamlessly. The coordination of the tolerances of plastic parts (couplings/rails) in combination with the material MDF is a special challenge.
MDF is used in a solid black version. The grey textured paint simulates the desired road appearance with a required surface structure to give the vehicles the optimum grip in curves.
