Form, Colour, Function – Acoustic Panels for the Community Centre

For the new community centre of the Islamic Cultural Centre Hidaje in Munich, we supplied around 100 m² of acoustic panels made from 10 mm MDF – a project at the intersection of timber construction, interior fit-out and room acoustics.

A total of 136 diamond-shaped panels were produced in four different sizes. We cut each one precisely and added acoustically effective drill holes – between 650 and 1,575 per panel, depending on size. The surfaces were finished in four custom green tones based on the NCS colour chart – resulting in a harmonious and architecturally cohesive look.

We combine engineering, design and efficiency. In timber construction, this means we realise even complex custom solutions precisely and efficiently – with experience, material expertise and modern production methods.
